Good morning Mr. Director of European Marketing Associates, I hope you have a pleasant day, the
following email is to explain the strategies that we have been discussed in the meeting.
First, some problems were apparent and some possible solutions were also raised:
One of the main problems that Hudson will face is that Asian companies already have much
more experience and are better known, while Hudson will have to start advertising and
showing the variety of products that it has, showing its good quality.
Another problem is that customers must be encouraged to buy more Hudson´s products so
that they know them and feel a good experience when buying those products.
Advertising is also another problem, because the costs will be high to be able to enter this
market and get customers to consume the products offered by Hudson, in addition to this, a
lot of publicity must be done to publicize our brand, taking into account Note that the
products will be at higher prices and of excellent quality.
finally with all this it would be possible to increase sales since the products are going to be
a little more expensive but with a better quality and excellent designers that allow
satisfying the needs of consumers.
We will have a market study must be done to really know how much money should be invested in
this project to expand and position ourselves in this new market.
It was agreed that a next meeting should be held with you, to agree on the details and know exactly
