In physical fitness, body composition is used to describe the percentages


of fat, bone, water and muscle in human bodies.[1] Because muscular tissue takes up less space in
our body than fat tissue, our body composition, as well as our weight, determines leanness. Two
people of the same sex and body weight may look completely different because they have a different
body composition.[2]

Flexibility
Cardiovascular endurance is the ability of the heart, lungs and
blood vessels to deliver oxygen to your body tissues. The more
efficiently your body delivers oxygen to its tissues, the lower your
breath
