Introduction
Effective Leadership Essay. In today's competitive world, leadership skills
are crucial for both personal and professional development. Leadership is
an important function of management which helps an individual or a
business to maximize efficiency and to achieve goals.

I. Self-actualization refers to the need for personal growth and


development throughout one's life. It is the highest level of Maslow's
hierarchy of needs, which was developed by psychologist Abraham Maslow.
... Once you are self-actualized, you've met your full potential as an
individual
II. Knowledge is a familiarity, awareness, or understanding of someone or
something, such as facts, information, descriptions, or skills, which is
acquired through experience or education by perceiving, discovering, or
learning. Knowledge can refer to a theoretical or
practical understanding of a subject.
III. Leadership is setting a new direction or vision for a group that they
follow, ie: aleader is the spearhead for that new
direction. Management controls or directs people/resources in a group
according to principles or values that have been established Leadership is
an important function of management which helps to maximize efficiency
and to achieve organizational goals. In fact leadership is an essential part
and a crucial component of effective management. ... Line managers must
have traits of a leader. They must possess leadershipqualities.

Great leaders find the balance between business foresight, performance, and


character. They have vision, courage, integrity, humility and focus along
with the ability to plan strategically and catalyze cooperation amongst their
team. Up-level yourleadership skills by becoming an excellent public
speaker.

IV. Integrity is one of the fundamental values that employers seek in the
employees that they hire. It is the hallmark of a person who demonstrates
sound moral and ethical principles at work. ... Honesty and trust are central
to integrity. Acting with honor and truthfulness are also basic tenets in a
person with integrity.

IV.I The golden and silver rules should work in tandem, although


the golden rule was conceived first, and many who know about
the golden rule are not as aware of the existence of a silver rule.
The golden rule is said to emphasize the positive duties of the
individual, while the silver rule regulates negative behaviors
V. An organizational system is the structure of how an organization is set
up. That structure defines how each division of a business is set up, the
hierarchy of who reports to whom and how communication flows
throughout the organization.

example of poor is living below the poverty line. An example of poor used
as an adjective is the phrase poor communication skills which means that
a person cannot communicate well with others.

 affects us all. Corruption affects us all. It threatens sustainable economic
development, ethical values and justice; it destabilizes our society and endangers
the rule of law. ... Delays in infrastructure development, poor building quality and
layers of additional costs are all consequences of corruption

Greed of money, power, Luxury or any other materialistic desires.

Higher levels of market and political monopolization.

Low levels of democracy, weak civil participation and low political transparency.

Higher levels of bureaucracy and inefficient administrative structures.

Low press freedom.

X. Conclusion
Ethiopia is a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic country. Religion is a major influence
in Ethiopian life. Nearly half the population belongs to the Ethiopian Orthodox
Church but there is a also large Muslim population. Others adhere to an ancient
form of Judaism.

integrity without knowledge is weak and knowledge without integrity is dangers


and difficult.

Rich and poor are not the requirement of Ethiopian effective leader because the
Ethiopian leaders have “system and integrity” problem so they have to establish
on system and integrity
