Pursuing a career in Human Resources is my aim of life. It helps, but it is

insufficient for success. Human Resources jobs and careers continue to grow
in sophistication and the expectations of employers increase every year.
Employee development, employee retention, and a positive, motivating
work environment are critical to business success. As the world has out
grown into a global village a dire need of managing information and in the
same course managing the most important resource human has risen up. An
overview of most of the world’s organizations reflects that the human
resource department has gained the central position in most of the
organizations. In the upcoming years HR would continue to serve as the
backbone of majority of the organizations.

Since currently I am through the course of attaining a Masters degree in

HRM, I could view my bright future in the broader scoped field of Human
Resource. Human Resource Management (HRM) is the function within an
organization that focuses on recruitment of, management of, and providing
direction for the people who work in the organization. HRM can also be
performed by line managers. HRM is the organizational function that deals
with issues related to people such as compensation, hiring, performance
management, organization development, safety, wellness, benefits,
employee motivation, communication, administration, and training. HRM is
also a strategic and comprehensive approach to managing people and the
workplace culture and environment. Effective HRM enables employees to
contribute effectively and productively to the overall company direction and
the accomplishment of the organization's goals and objectives. I expect to
start up my career in HR department in any of the multinational
organization. But since I myself am very much interested in cars working up
with Toyota Brand is my dream. I could foresee myself as chief human
resource officer in Toyota Company in 10 years time. I would love to see
myself at the top of the hierarchy in upcoming years with my tools for the
journey of success being my polished negotiation skills and myself being
well aware with all fundamental laws and ordinance and management
techniques.
