HR that stands for Human Resources is a term that plays a very important role in a growth,
development and functioning of a organization/firm. HR plays a key role in helping companies
deal with fast changing business environment and a greater demand for quality employees. The
HR department is an essential part of any Business or Organization that maximizing employee
productivity and protecting the company from any issues that may arise within the work force.
A company is more likely to achieve success if their employees are honest and determined for
the work.

So for that , there are some key qualities of HR.

 Integrity,

And it is particularly important for HR professional to have time management, because they are
likely to be multi tasking and dealing with various issues and departmet within the company .
So it is important to understand how to prioritize their tasks and use their time efficiently.

In this world of business ,the only constant changes. Technology, for example is always growing
and evolving. So as an HR it is important that they should be open minded and flexible to grow
and adapt to the changes that are happening in the company. For example: about two decades
ago,resume were submitted via snail mail and sorted out by hand,but now almost all companies
use applicant tracking software systems(ATS)

A good HR associates are operate,organized individual who want to help organization to


achieve or reach their goal and employee reach their potential. So the role of a Human
Resources Associate in a development of a firm are:

 Provides information by answering communication.


 Enrolls new employees by issuing forms and applications
 Maintains human resources records by maintaining application,resume,and applicant
logs.
 Verifies Candidates background
 Helping employee by explaining the benefit of the programs.
 Maintain the manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources
information confidential.

One of the important role of a HR associates is to help the core team to make great
recruitments for various department. It is also very important for the HR to conduct a training
program,seminar for the employee so that the employee learn the roles. Maintaing a relation
with the employee is a vital function performed by HR professional,which could have a
significant impact on the company morale. So they should also be able to help employee align
their personal goals with the company’s mission. Maintain sereval and personal records and
employee database through various software is an important skill too.

It may not look like it, but HR plays a crucial role in a development of a firm through
recruitment,training and development .HR select the best employee for organization which play
its role to achieve straregic goal.
