1. I believe it was important for Premium Soft to have an HR manager. But also at the same
time the manager should know the culture and environment of the organisation and of the
employees. As Kenwas oversaw the HR department and gradually the workforce was
growing. The organization was getting larger day by day so it was important for an HR
manager to be recruited as Kenwas wouldn’t be able to investigate all the aspects. There were
a lot of tasks in the company where they felt that the need for junior developers were very
much needed.

2.      In the case study it has been mentioned that a strategic resource capability can help in a
company’s growth. Strategic HR involves looking at ways that human resources can make a
direct impact on a company’s growth. HR personnel need to adopt a strategic approach to
developing and retaining employees to meet the needs of the company’s long-term plans. HR
issues can be a difficult hurdle to cross for many companies, there are all kinds of different
components that can confuse business owners and cause them to make ineffective decisions
that slow down the operations for their employees as well as their business. An assessment of
your HR capacity will help you to recognize barriers and implement a plan of action to
capitalize on opportunities and effectively deal with threats. Strategic HR personnel will
analyze the number of employees as well as their skills and will work with senior leadership
to identify ways to better equip employees to serve the needs of your company.

fresh graduates for their company because they feel since fresh graduates demand less
salaries than experienced professionals. They feel that graduates are more open to learning
and growing and they can be some prospects who can become leaders of the company in the
future. Premuim soft rarely shifts employees from department to department. This increases
specialization, ensuring on employee gains expertise in their field of work. Then an
employee’s motivation to work strengthen as they are promised promotions to senior
positions within a few years of their work. New jobs and roles are required to secure the
