General Terms and Conditions
Bidders can download the tender document free of cost from the
website.
Bidders have to submit Price bid in Electronic format only on
n-procure website till the Last Date & time for submission.
Offers in physical form will not be accepted in any case.
Government contractor having Registration in “E-2” Class and
above are eligible to quote this tender, Copy of valid registration
certificate must required.
Last 1 Year Valid Solvency Certificate.
1. The cost of tender document will not be refunded under any
circumstances.
2. The offer shall be valid for 120 days after the opening of tender
3. Tenders without Tender document fees, Earnest Money Deposit
(EMD) and which do not fulfill all of the conditions or submitted
incomplete in any respect will be rejected.
4. Conditional tender shall not be accepted.
5. GWSSB reserves the right to accept lowest responsive offer based
on evaluation of package or reject any or all tenders without
assigning any reason.
6. The notice shall form a part of contract document.
7. The Bidders are advised to read carefully the “Instruction” and
“Eligibility Criteria” contained in the tender documents.
8. The work shall be taken up immediate after opening of the tenders
therefore the lowest/all bidder are requested to inquire him-self on
on-line or by telephonic from “Office of the Executive Engineer,
Navsari” that who comes lowest bidder and the lowest bidder shall
be bound to submit rate Analysis (RA) and Reasons for Quoted the
rates more than 25% Above/below within 7 days from date of
opening of the tender and if contractor fails to submit the RA and
reasons within this prescribed time period, then the EMD shall be
for fitted as well as process shall be carried out for cancellation of
“N-code online registration” from “A Division of GNFC Ltd,” and also
necessary proposal shall be submitted to the registration authority
(R & B, Irrigation or any Government Department or Government)
for the contractor particular class registration kept in abence for 3
years. i.e. contractor shall be considered in default contractor hence
action shall be taken as per tender clause no. 3.
9. GST (Goods and Service Tax) in the State of Gujarat is
implemented from 1st July 2017, Hence, the bidder should quote the
rates considering GST applicable to this work.
It is mandatory to provide the GST number and bidder should submit
documents in electronic format.

The "Gujarat Water Supply & Sewerage Board" shall be the

project implementing agency. This contract shall be administered
and managed by Executive Engineer, P.H. Works Dn. Navsari. for and
on behalf of Gujarat Water Supply & Sewerage Board and shall act as
the "Engineer in charge".
* The Contractor will prepare and present interim/running and final
bills.
