QUESTIONS
1. At the moment I am still a beginner, because I only recently became part of
IGTa Sales. My impression of AIESEC is wonderful! This is a place where you
improve yourself, find true friends and test yourself for strength. In a relatively
short period of time, I discovered the ability to communicate freely with people,
although a couple of months ago it was problematic for me. Also, the discovery
for me was that a fairly routine job can be done with a smile on your face. Of
course, there were difficulties such as not very polite people and difficulties in
finding information.. but your team will always support you).

2. My main motivation to stay in AIESEC is self-development and improvement of


the world. After all, he showed that there are still so many areas where you can
move forward. My desire to become a team leader is due to the fact that I want
to test my strength in something new, pass this passion to new people, become
even closer to our team and become a super woman who can do anything.

3. I spent a lot of time thinking about what to choose next and my choice stopped
at iGV Approving, Data Master and IGTa Sales.I think that my choice is right,
because these options will be able to test my resilience, improve my English and
make me the perfect team leader)

4. There have been many trials in my life. Unfortunately, not all went smoothly,
but they made me stronger. I have had many cases where I had to take matters
into my own hands. That's why I'm often called the "Man of Brilliant Ideas."
The most difficult moment was when my friends and I got lost abroad without
any means of accommodation, only our peace, phone and my cries "calm
down!"

5. I have many strengths and weaknesses. An example of a weakness can be an


extraordinary love of chocolate or sleep and cartoons (but are these
weaknesses?) My most important weaknesses that I want to remove from my life
are the fear of public speaking, lack of concentration and fear of something

Emotional Endurance. I think that these are extremely useful skills for future
work in AIESEC and that it will help me to be a good leader.

6. At the end of this ordeal, I want to feel that I am strong, that I have been able to
overcome my fears and be ready for new trials, that I have inspired these trials
of new people and made this world a little better.

1. The most important thing in the process of selecting our EPs is attention
to detail, trust and confidence in their words and actions. Also Important
is knowledge of English and the purpose of the trips. But the most
important thing is whether a person is good inside or not at all, because
we try to spread good)
2. To improve the promotion of our internships, I would:
 distribute our advertising on international portals;
 would communicate with our partners, who could also continue the
advertising tip;
 another good option is strict selection, but also interesting for our
interns for the best results;
 also a good option is to make some small zest for our interns,
which would immediately show that this is a person with a capital
letter;
 an interesting entertainment program could also be of interest to
our interns and their complete safety;
3. To reach the limit of 3 days, I would create an accurate schedule to suit
everyone, which would maximize the productivity of our corner. I will
also try to encourage my team to maximum achievements, and to make it

1. The main role of this person is to observe, analyze and track the

3. It is difficult to say what education this representative should have, because it
should be a person who is ready to cooperate with others and knows how to do

-we have interns from Brazil, Turkey, India, Portugal and Egypt;

- the internship lasts 6 weeks;

- basic condition: 1 trainee - 4 thousand. this money goes to cover the costs of
