Questions
What are the values that most represent you as a leader and how you would
you implement them in your role?
One of my most important values is responsibility. Being responsible means that you have
to stay organized in every aspect of your life and be prepared for everything that could
go wrong. Being a leader for me is that you have to teach the team how to solve the
problems with the tools they have in their hands and push them out of their comfort zone
to know they are more able to handle any situation.

What would be your personal and professional contribution to the

Committee?
As I said, I am very organized. I like to do things right since the first time. As a
leader, I can share my attitude with more people, teaching them how to keep their minds
and lives organized. So they could be the example with other teams.
Questions

What would you like your legacy to be within your committee?

One of the most essential things inside a Committee is that every member has to be
respectful with the other ones, and if possible, to be kind and make friends. I would
like that my team to be recognized as the most participative and friendly team on our
Committee, so they can fit wherever they would like to go the following semester.

How this role contribute to your personal and professional development

outside AIESEC?
In my professional life, l would like to have experience before getting into the job
world and also be able to lead a group of members to reach our goals. In my personal
life, I feel comfortable being in AIESEC. I want to learn more and still developing
my leadership and my capacity to tolerate frustration.

Specific Questionnaire OGV

How is it possible to improve the customer experience through your team
activities and deliverables?
The customer has to be confident with the buying experience. It should be according to
their tastes, interests, budget, and even personality. Our responsibility is to know the
details of the projects in which the customer is interested in giving them reliability
and security.
Specific Questionnaire OGV
What are the main IGV touchpoints in activities of your area and how will
you ensure that they happen?
The touchpoints between OGV and IGV are that we must ensure that the customer has a
comfortable and exciting experience. At OGV, it is about finding the project that best
suits the customer, while IGV is about making the customer adapt to the project.

What are the main gaps in the transition from EP from Consideratios to
PXP? How is it possible to improve?
Customers often sign up without considering all the responsibility, organization, and
budget that volunteering requires. These customers stop answering when they don't love
the projects enough to compensate for the effort. We could improve this gap through an
enhanced briefing to talk more about AIESEC and our values, in addition to the benefits
explained in more detail about volunteering.
Specific Questionnaire MKT
Think about the top college they work with or want to work with. Create
an activity and communication plan to strengthen the relationship in 6
months.
We could organize a day where all those interested in registering for any of the
projects get to know us better as LC, among them and the values that characterize us as
an international organization.

What strategy would you implement to improve the conversion rage from
Sign up to Applicant?
The customers want to be sure that the project they have in mind will be the same one
they choose and have. A good strategy would be to direct them to a video on YouTube
about volunteers who have completed their experience and talk about it.
