code number(s), TR/BDR-3MBLNL0417 extend our full conditional permission to the above
companies (GARBOR GROUP II LLC (GROUP GLOBAL MRM) And / or to their respective agent,
representative or inspector to conduct a Dip Test required on each Tank listed on this authorization.
Upon received of three (3) days tank storage extension fee to enable facilitate the use of the tanks
the offered fuel is stored in for the first lift.
