Problem:

The cover of the album (mainly on cover with 20 cm length and albums of 15 pages)
can be damaged or not glued properly as shown below:

Cause:

Some parameters need to be changed for a correct management of gluing cover

process.

Solution:

First of all be sure the latest version 3.0.8 (which embeds the firmware 1.4.2324) is
loaded. If not, refer to the TIE n° 07V02 ed01.
Modify the parameters as explain below:

- Select the SU mode. (Password is left arrow, up arrow, right arrow, down arrow and
center)

- The screen displays constants (right arrow and center to validate) Scroll up till to
find the parameters listed below and modify them:

- BoucleButéeChariot = 3

- CoeffForcageReliure = 1,7 to change to 1,3

- BoucleForceCassure = de 0 to change to – 3

Validate the changes.
