When she owned her own shop, Mrs. Faiza had learned to learn various types of rice.

Before she started the business of selling this rice, she had to go from shop to shop to get
feedback on whether he was a rice trader. When received the positive feedback, she continued
to apply for a license rice wholesaler and sell a variety of rice including Ponni, scented rice,
common rice and so on. In 1982, the Company Faizah Sdn. Bhd. was established after he
managed to get a license to become a wholesale rice (rice production Faiza Company, 2015).
Later, he marketed his products around Johor, Kuala Lumpur, and Malacca. In 1992, the
company has collaborated with the Lembaga Padi Beras Negara and one member of Bernas.
She is also very well-versed in the health of Malaysians and has produced ponies rice marketed
using the Taj Mahal brand. This rice is the result of the study of millions of ringgit Faiza Sdn.Bhd
together with experts from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). Through the support and response
from the public on the variety of rice products she has produced, she has successfully built her
own high-tech rice factory with a capacity of 40,000 square feet.

Nowadays Mrs. Faiza an entrepreneur figure this rice has about 200 permanent
employees and about 300 contract workers. When he was involved in rice business, it is
important in the production of these products. These rice production products provide the public
with the opportunity to obtain halal products without a doubt and their high quality rice. The rice-
based company now distributes over 21 rice brands in the country, including rice known as the
"Taj Mahal Ponni Herb". In addition, its subsidiary Faiza marketing Sdn Bhd is involved in the
manufacture of various kinds of spices including Raja Kari spices, Bukhari spices and so on.
Now in his golden age, Mrs. Faiza is still active in managing his business. Next, his was
assisted by five of his seven children to control hundreds of workers. Right now, she is currently
doing charity work under the UMNO Women's Movement Batu Pahat, Johor.

Mrs. Faiza also held the post of the President of the Malaysian Bumiputera Rice
Wholesalers, Chairman Isam Women's Welfare Organization Malaysia (PERKIM) and Welfare
Bureau chairman UMNO division at Batu Pahat. In addition, Mrs. Faiza is also a member of the
visiting board of Batu Pahat Hospital and a trustee of Batu Pahat orphans. The company run by
Mrs Faiza received various awards including best rice wholesalers in 2000. In addition, she also
won the National Rice Rice Berhad (BERNAS) award in 2001 and won the Taj Mahal rice gold
award by Readers' Digest Super Brand (Faiza rice figures, 2015). In addition she has won
numerous awards including the 2005 Anggun women's award, Mithali Perkim's Mother of the
Year 2007. In addition, she also won the Johor 2007 Nadi women's national award and the Toh
Guru 2009 special award.
