DECISION

On the appointment of a person authorized to sign and issue payment orders

1. jmbg_______________ from Podgorica is appointed, so that he can dispose of funds from the
company's giro account number on behalf of and for the account of the company, ie that he, without
limitation, can sign payment orders.

At the same time, the appointed person is authorized to dispose of funds with the same bank and to
place orders from the foreign currency account of the company number, which is held with the same
bank.

2. Based on this Decision, new specimen signatures with Erste Bank AD Podgorica shall be made.

3. This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption and shall apply from the day of making
new specimen signatures and their certification by Erste Bank AD Podgorica.
