HOW CHALLENGES CHANGES A PERSON

In our personal lives, and on a global scale, we face challenges that test our
emotional mettle — injury, illness, unemployment, grief, divorce, death, or even a
new venture with an unknown future. Challenges and problems are important
parts of life that give you experiences, make you learn and help you to become
wiser and stronger. Problems make us grow and shape us. The biggest problem
people have is that they hope for a life without problems. ... Regardless of the
result, value the experience and personal growth. I already experienced too many
changes in my life. It taught me too many lessons. Not to quit but to fight and
continue my life. Change is either positive or negative. It's up to you if you deal
with it in a positive way. Try not to give up on things that you cannot achieve yet
make it as inspiration to continue and just go with the flow no matter what
happen.
Stay Close to Your Feelings, Even the Painful Ones. Often we find our
feelings scary, heavy, and confusing, so we try to keep them at a distance.
But we need our feelings in order to find satisfaction, meaning, and pleasure
in life. Feelings are the gas in the engine of our personalities. They are the
source of motivation. They are the energy, the vitality, the juice of life. Without
them, our lives wouldn’t have any personality, dimension, or color. There
wouldn’t be any joy, creativity, or fun. There wouldn’t be you. There wouldn’t
be me. Without our feelings, nothing would really matter.
Accept Success and Failure as Part of Life’s Journey. We are all
learning: No one gets it right every time. A more compassionate attitude
toward ourselves only helps us to stay in the game. The dynamic process
of life—trying, succeeding, failing, and trying again—is the only way to
develop lasting confidence in ourselves. We learn through experience that
we can both succeed and recover from failure. We also learn to be humble
and so to develop a view of ourselves as limited creatures that will always
need the help and support of others. No matter how mature or successful
we become, the child within always will need mentors and friends who’ll
see us through.
Accept your past. If you don’t make peace with your past, it will never
leave you and it will create your future. Successful people know the
only good time to look at the past is to see how far you’ve come.
Every one of us have our own way of facing every changes each day of
our life. But it is also important if we deal with it properly .I know we
can't hide/ignore, skip, or even avoid it.We really have to face it
because it's the reality. Dealing with it is not a hard thing. We just need
to learn how to accept it. Embracing the things that we don't yet
understand why it happens is a great move to love it.
