WHAT KEEPS A PERSON HEALTHY?


It is important to know what it is that keeps a person healthy, If you know a healthy
person takes care of his mind, his mental health and his physical health. So, It is
important to know what it is that keeps a person healthy.
 Have a healthy and balanced diet
 Do exercise at least three times per week
 Don't drink alcoholics beverages
 Don't smoke
 Consume organic food and avoid processed food
 Sleep at least 8 hours
 Avoid consuming fats and a lot of salt

WHAT MIGHT, WILL OR WON’T HAPPEN TO A PERSON WHO DOESN’T


HAVE A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE?
 What will happen to a person who doesn’t have a healthy life style?
If a person doesn’t have a healthy lifestyle will be health problems in the
future like fatigue in his body, high or low fat percent that it is so bad, heart
diseases, gastric diseases and mental problems.

 What might happen to a person who doesn’t have a healthy life style?
If a person doesn’t have a healthy lifestyle might die, this is would related to
being overweight, anorexia, alcohol or drugs abuse or hypertension

 What won’t happen to a person who doesn’t have a healthy life style?
Won’t suffer from mental, cardiac or weight-related illnesses

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO TO BE HEALTHY AND KEEP HEALTHY?


I should eat fruit and vegetables, eat organic food, avoid the alcohol and drugs,
sleep well, meditate, avoid the stress and keep relaxed and happy
