STATUTORY DECLARATION 
 
 
I,  JOSEPH  RAYMUND  MORALES  BERNAS​,  of  legal  age,  married, 
Filipino  and  presently  residing  at  Blk.33  Lot  1-b,  Brgy.  San  Agustin,  ST. 
Jude  Village,  San  Fernando  City,  Pampanga,  currently  the  owner  and  a 
Senior  Geodetic  Engineer  at  Plx  Surveying  and  Engineering  Services  with 
Contact Number ​+639159797869​, under oath, depose and say: 
 
That  I  have  been  employed  full-time  with  ​SYSCO  Development 
Corporation  as  a  geodetic  engineer  from  14​th  March  2006  to  18​th  June 
2009.  That  I  have  worked  with  Ms.  Charity  N.  Santiago,  who  has  been  a 
full-time  employee  of SYSCO Development Corporation from 24 May 2006 
to  26  September  2006.  Ms.  Charity,  held  a  position  of  Architectural 
Assistant cum draftsman on a monthly salary of ​P12,000.00 ​pesos; 
 
That  SYSCO  Development  Corp.  is  recognized  in  the  real  estate 
development  sector  as  a community developer. Armed with a track record 
in  building  residential  subdivisions  and  combined  with  competent 
experience  in  architectural  designs  and  engineering  innovations,  SYSCO 
has  consistently  delivered  quality  communities  that  exceeded  buyer’s 
expectation  and  elevated  industry  benchmarks  in  terms  of  development 
features and home designs;  
 
That  Charity  was  involved  in  residential  projects  in  Central  Luzon 
including  Pampanga,  Malolos  and  Cavite  area  with  key  responsibilities  as 
the followings: 
 
1) Furnished  detailed  drawings  of  plans,  elevation,  sections, 
blow-up details and other features of the building; 
2) Prepared  working  drawings  of  plans  showing  architectural, 
structural,  electrical,  plumbing,  landscape  as  directed  by  the 
architects; 
3) Represented  the  architects  on  building  sites  to  made 
clarifications on plans and specifications; 
4) Implemented  architects’  concepts  by  preparation  of  drawings 
and plans and liaising with builders and contractors; 
5) Provided  preliminary  sketches,  working  drawings  and  detailed 
instructions for architects comments and approval; 
6) Completed  contract  drawings,  working  drawings  and  contract 
variations; 
7) Made  inquiries  to  local  government  and  investigate  pertinent 
laws and codes that may apply in the projects; 
8) Prepared  and  applied  color  selection  details,  kitchen  cabinet 
selection details; 
9) Produced plans using AutoCAD.

Corp. has stopped operating since 2010; 
 
That  I  am  executing  this  statutory  declaration  to  vouch  for  the truth
