 HOW WILL THE BUDGET BE PREPARED?
1.
Finance Minister along with
their committee members will
allocate the 11 budget pointers
to the Ministries.
2.
The Ministries will prepare
their detailed Demand for
Grants. The Grant should
contain schemes and projects
for which they want allocation
of budget along with an
analysis of how the projects
have benefitted in welfare
measures. Time allocated for
this: 4 days
3.
The Ministries will then hand over the
Demand for Grants to Finance
Ministry. The Finance Ministry along
with the Budget Drafting Committee
shall analysis the Grants and prepare
the JYP Budget accordingly. FM and
Budget drafting Committees can refer
to Budget Guide document for
drafting. The Budget draft should
be circulated at least 2 days prior
to the start of Budget Session.
HOW WILL THE BUDGET BE DISCUSSED?

After Demand for Grants, the
FM shall deliver the Budget
Speech thereby officially
declaring the Budget theme for
JYP Budget 2019-20.
