Plant location is a refers to the choice of region and the selection of a

particular site for setting up a business or factory. It is a strategic decision that
cannot be changed once taken

It based on many factors that can affect the whole operation of the plant if not
planned strategically. It can lead to bankruptcy if not taken the right strategy and
feasibility study. Men, Transport, Availability of Products, and many others is
significantly needed in order to make a Plant Location good for running smoothly

If all the needed strategies is implemented, it’s a good go for Plant Location,
For me all of the factors is needed to be in mind before going through something or
else it would lead to bankruptcy. But the choice is made only after considering cost
and benefits of different alternative sites.
