effective, personalized customer service. I work with a variety of
people every day with different backgrounds, languages, and needs.

English Education
I have focused on literature throughout my time at USI. I have
excelled in my British Literature, American Literature, Ethnic
Literature, Young Adult Literature, and Renaissance Literature
courses. I have paired literature history with my Art History minor,
which has surveyed the world history of art as well as went into
detail with courses devoted to Renaissance Art and Greek and
Roman Art.
My education courses - Students with Exceptionalities and Diversity
in the Classroom - has prepared me for teaching students with
different backgrounds and needs. I have also learned how to grade
and teach secondary classes effectively during my Teaching
Secondary Literature and Teaching Secondary Writing courses.
