Coborns Bagger: Part-time 
We are hiring for an e
​ nthusiastic and friendly​ Bagger who is passionate about 
providing remarkable guest service with a Say Yes to the Guest attitude. The 
Bagger is responsible for upholding Coborn's high standard of service by 
ensuring guest purchases are bagged and transported in an efficient and careful 
manner. The Bagger is responsible fo​r bagging guest orders, ​providing carry out 
assistance to their vehicles, and assisting guests with their overall shopping 
needs with remarkable guest service.A day in the life of the Bagger may include 
any combination of the below duties: 
• Bag guest orders according to their specifications with efficiency, yet carefully 
handling products to prevent damage. 
• Ensure that the parking lot and perimeter of the store is neat by clearing carts 
as well as keeping the parking lot free of trash and debris. 
• Maintain good housekeeping of work stations, displays, storage areas, and 
other areas of the store as assigned. Ensure proper sanitation standards are 
followed. 
• Answer guest questions and address concerns or direct them to the appropriate 
personnel. 
• Is a self-motivated and enthusiastic people person who is a guest service rock 
star 
• Has a strong sense of pride in ensuring their work area is clean and tidy 
• Is excellent with multi-tasking 
• Doesn't mind a fast-paced work environment in varying weather 
conditions.Must be able to work every other weekend and rotating holidays. 
I am qualified for this job because I am an enthusiastic person. I can hold a conversation 
with anybody. I know I can bag items carefully and nicely. If somebody tells me to do 
something I will do it. I get along well with everybody. If somebody ever needs help with 
their groceries I know I will never just leave them stranded. I will rush to help. I like to keep 
everything I own/have clean. I also hate when people litter so I know without a doubt I will 
pick up garbage whenever I see some. I always use hand sanitizer and keep everything 
organized. I catch on fast to new information I get. I know in just a week or two I could 
direct and quickly get in the swing of this job. I am very self motivated and do not 
procrastinate. I can multitask like no other! I can work as fast as I can each and every day. 
My father lives in Little Falls so getting to Coborns in a snowstorm wouldn't be a problem. 
Working every other weekend is very reasonable and I could easily do it. Holidays are not 
a problem either.
