Industry Environment

Overview of the industry

Very competitive when it comes around holiday times to sell the most. To do this many
businesses in this field such as Bath and Body works and Yankee candles mark down their
prices.
Projected position for the future
I predict Fresh Breeze will be near the top. Affordable prices, quality merchandise, and
friendly customer service is what will help this business.
Potential customers
Anyone. I expect community leaders and community volunteers to be the most loyal
customers.

Marketing

Business opportunity
To bring better well priced products. Kempt soap company sells soap for about $10, mine
would not pass $5. People would rather spend $5 on a soap than $10, especially since both
are handmade.

Company impact
Bath and Body works among other companies will try to come up with new ideas to stay on
stop once my business grows.

Company strategy
To have no more than 80 employees. With this number of employees, everyone will be able to
earn above minimum wage. That will keep the workers happy and encourage them to do
their job right and keep the customers happy, even the difficult ones.

Financial Projections
Making at least $7000 a month would be selling 1400 products. I assume people will buy things
in groups of 2 or 3 or more. 450 customers a month, should lead to $7000.
