Executive Summary
Ednalie Dishwashing Liquid is a licensed and standard dishwashing liquid
production business that will be located in Mati Park and Baywalk.
We are in the dishwashing making line of business to produce liquid in
commercial quantities. We are also in business to make profits at the same to
give our customers value for their money; we want to give people and
businesses who patronize our product the opportunity to be part of the success
story of Ednalie Dishwashing Liquid Business.
We are aware that there are several big scale and small scale
dishwashing liquid production companies scattered all around the Philippines
whose products can be found in every part of the country, which is why we spent
time and resources to conduct our feasibility studies and market survey so as to
enable us locate the business in an area that will support the growth of
the business and also for us to be able offer much more than our competitors will
be offering. We ensured that our facility is easy to locate and we have mapped
out plans to develop a wide distribution network for wholesalers all around Mati
City and the whole of Davao Oriental.
Much more than producing quality dishwashing liquid in commercial
quantities, our customer care is going to be second to none. We know that our
customers are the reason why we are in business which is why we will go the
extra mile to get them satisfied when they visit or purchase our product and also
to become our loyal customers and ambassadors.

Nowadays, competitive in consumer product markets are in very
high degree of competition situation with no exception to liquid
dishwashing products. The situation makes new producers hard and
difficult to introduce their new brands in the markets. In the world of
consumer products, it is not easy for the new brand or new player
to survive. The products both food and non-food category is growing at
around 20 per cent per year. Liquid dishwasher is classified as non-
food consumer products. The product becomes one of necessary
consumer product for Philippine household used.

Ednalie Dishwashing Liquid is going to operate a standard and


licensed soap production company whose product will not only be sold in
Mati City but also throughout Mindanao. We are in the dishwashing liquid
production line of business to make profits and also to give our customers
value for their money and we are going to do all that is permitted by the
law of Mati City to achieve our corporate goals.

Liquid Production Company that in our own capacity will favourably compete with
leaders in the industry. We want to build a dishwashing
liquid production business that will be listed amongst the top 10 soap and
detergent brands in the Philippines. We want to build a household brand name.

the market.
