 ALCOHOL
Depending on the active ingredient used,
hand sanitizers can be classified as one of
two types: alcohol-based or alcohol-free.
Alcohol-based products typically contain
between 60 and 95 percent alcohol,
usually in the form of ethanol,
isopropanol, or n-propanol
Alcohol rub sanitizers kill most bacteria,
and fungi, and stop some viruses. Alcohol
rub sanitizers containing at least 70%
alcohol (mainly ethyl alcohol) kill 99.9% of
the bacteria on hands 30 seconds after
application and 99.99% to 99.999% in one

be stored in a cool place. They should not
be kept in places near open flames and
heat, particularly for those in bigger

The freezing point of Muriatic Acid (31.45% Hydrochloric Acid) is

-46C (-50.8F) (for Hasa; other brands quote even lower freezing
points) so unless you live in the Artic, I think you are safe to leave
your Muriatic Acid outside.

Research your options for disposal of this chemical. You will

discover that pouring it down the drain is a bad idea. Call your
local recycling center. Carry the chemical to the hazardous-
waste facility in the original container with the lid properly
sealed for disposal.
MULTI INSECT

It is an insecticide used for extermination and

Bleach is the generic name for any chemical product

used as fuel for internal-combustion engines. It is also used as a solvent
for oils and fats.

Typical Class IB liquids include acetone, benzene, ethyl alcohol, gasoline,

and isopropyl alcohol. Class IC liquids are having flash points at or above
73 °F (22.8 °C), but below 100 °F (37.8 °C). Typical Class IC liquids include
butyl alcohol, diethyl glycol, styrene, and turpentine. Homogeneous

Keep gasoline containers tightly closed and handle them gently to avoid
spills. Gasoline is a flammable liquid and should be stored at room
temperature, away from potential heat sources such as the sun, a hot
water heater, space heater or a furnace, and a least 50 feet away from
ignition sources, such as pilot lights.

Check the appearance and smell of the gasoline to determine its

usability. If the older gas isn't contaminated, dilute it with fresh fuel for
