Results and Discussion

The researchers conducted an online survey to the Adamson University students regarding

on the Satisfactory Rating of Students on the Use of Blackboard Learn Ultra as an Online

Learning Platform. The following breakdown of results are based on the answered questions of

50 respondents provided by the researcher:

Question # 1

This chart shows that 52% of the students are satisfied when it comes to Blackboard Learn

Ultra as an easy-to-use online learning platform. On the other hand, there are 16 students or 32%

which responded neutral. While 12% are ‘very satisfied’ and only 4% are not satisfied to the said

issue.

Question # 2
 This chart shows that 46% of the students are neutral when it comes to accessibility of

Blackboard Learn Ultra. While 34% of the students are satisfied in the accessibility of the

platform and 12% are not. Aside from that, 4% of the students responded ‘very satisfied’ and

other 4% for ‘very unsatisfied’.

1.3 Blackboard Learn Ultra provides accurate and updated grades and scores.

In table 1.3, 40% of the respondents were “neutral” that Blackboard Learn Ultra provides

accurate and updated grades and scores. Followed by the 30%, that the respondents were “satisfied”

with the accuracy of the Blackboard Learn Ultra in the updating of grades and scores. Additionally, 6%
of the respondents answered that they are “very satisfied” and “very unsatisfied” with the accuracy of

Blackboard Learn Ultra.

1.4 Blackboard Learn Ultra provides real time notifications.

In table 1.4, shows that 42% of the respondents, were “neutral” that the Blackboard Learn Ultra

provides the real time notifications. 24% of them, were “satisfied” and 8% were “very satisfied” with

the performance of Blackboard Learn Ultra. On the other hand, 22% responded that they were
“unsatisfied” and 4% were “very unsatisfied”. It shows that it is important to students that they are

receiving real time notifications from the Blackboard Learn Ultra.
