(a) Please take an appointment, by sending an email to the Registrar (engineeringcouncil@mail.gov.mu) to submit your application form. The
subject line of your email should be “Request for Appointment to apply for Registration Stage1”. Your email should also include your full
name (as you wish it to appear on your eventual Letter of Eligibility), full qualification title, including Class and Division (if any) and your
Postal address.
(b) Please note that incomplete or wrongly filled application forms will NOT be accepted.
(c) Applicants are informed that all applications for Registration Stage1: Eligibility will have to be approved by Council prior to the issue of the
Letter of Eligibility. This process can generally take some 4 to 6 weeks, as from the date of application, excluding time for any interview that
may have to be conducted.
(d) All interested parties are advised that applications for Registration Stage1: Eligibility should be made well in advance as such
applications will be dealt with by Council in a period of not less than 4 weeks from the date of application.



(applicable only for expatriates after a minimum of 2 years of supervised engineering training after obtaining a recognised engineering degree)

engineering work carried out during each time period.

a Registered Professional Engineer. This page is to be filled by hand and requires your referees’ original signatures.
