    establishment_with_precondition_TAS_in_CMN call flow.

    17 - 22. Because the SDP Offer received in message 16 doesn’t contain such kind of audio codec
    what is supported by UE-B, or what can be used on the given VoIP access so UE-B answers with a
    488 Not Acceptable Here. As 488 shall be sent hop-by-hop each node immediately answers it with
    ACK.

    23. T-ADS logic in TAS-B decides to select CS network and ask roaming number from HLR.

    24. HLR request visited MSS to allocate an MSRN number for the subscriber.

    25. HLR returns the allocated MSRN to TAS-B

    26. TAS-B sends an INVITE to S-CSCF-B with the received MSRN in R-URI.

    27- 28. S-CSCF-B executes ENUM query. As MSRN is not an IMS number ENUM query fails.

    29. BGCF co-located with S-CSCF-B selects an MGCF for the call and sends the INVITE to this
    MGCF.

    Call setup continues like described on VoLTE-CS_call_establishment call flow.
