Brand positioning

Brand positioning means that a specific thing related to brand. Like a firm position itself as place to have
unique experience or low sugar beverage firm. This is very important to stay in customers mind like this.

E commerce

Clothing, electronic appliance and some other brands have their online presence but beverage companies
are rarely selling their product online or they are very initial stage as compare to other online stores. So it
is very important to have online presence or online store.

Coupon

A newly open firm should offer discounts to its customer, as customer are attracted towards discounts and
coupon.

Packaging

Packaging of product is very important yet they are not fully connected with end consumer but still
attractive packaging and brand logo is compulsory.

Food safety

Many beverages companies are not conscious about beverages food safety but still it is important as recall
out breaks of illnesses create high level of reputation and financial risk.

Dealing business with regulation is biggest challenge in beverage industry. As sometimes it change from
province to province and expanding business to other provinces is very difficult in that case.
