Dear Participant,

Good Day!

We are Grade 9 Junior High School students from Corpus Christi School. We are in the process of writing
our research paper titled. This paper is one of the requirements to pass the subject Research and Daily
Life 1. The goal of the study is to identify the Time Management, the causes of Time pressure and the
coping mechanisms of Junior High School students in dealing with time pressure.

In relation to this, we humbly ask for your permission to participate in our study. Should you agree, the
following conditions will automatically apply:

1. The interview will include less than 10 questions regarding time pressure. The interview may
last up to eight (8) minutes or so depending on how you wish for it to last.

2. The questions are assured to exclude sensitive questions so as to avoid infliction of any form
of psychological harm.

3. As a participant, you have the right to limit the information you want to share.

4. The information gathered will be held with outmost confidentiality

5. The researchers will insure that no information will be altered or added other than those you
will share

6. The information gathered will only be used in our study. Should you wish to see the results and
findings of the study, it will be made available to you once the research paper is finished.

7. To make things formal, may we ask you to put your name and signature below, and rest
assured that your name will not in any way be mentioned in any parts of our research paper.
