•Good scorer from anywhere.
•Most gifted player.

4. POWER FORWARD, (PF)
•The tallest player on the floor
•Two point maker
•Strong hands
•Good upper body strength.
•Good jumping ability.

5. CENTER, (C)
•The most important player

History of wheelchair basketball

It was known as wheelchair netball.


At around the same times, starting
from 1946, wheelchair basketball
games were played primarily
between American World War II
disabled veterans.
About Basketball wheelchair
Since the early 1980's wheelchair
basketball players have
demanded that wheelchair
manufacturers produce
lightweight chairs that are quick,
strong and can turn on the spot.
wear's his street shoes on court -
the same happens with wheelchair
basketball.
Basketball Chairs
Every full-time wheelchair user playing basketball will
have a separate lightweight wheelchair specially
designed for the basketball court - as well as their
lightweight everyday wheelchair.
Most sports wheelchairs are made from the toughest
and lightest steel /titanium/.
The average basketball wheelchair will cost around
$1500.
