your EXIT PASS
• I learned the various theories of several psychologists about moral
development in the previous lesson. Notable famous psychologists, such
as Sigmund Freud, Jean Piaget, Lawrence Kohlberg, and Carol Gilligan,
all had different views and points on human and animal moral
development. All the variables that influence one's morality and its
development have been critically and specifically mentioned.
2. State the concept of learning.
• According to Bruner, Goodnow, & Austin, it defines concept learning,
also known as category learning, concept attainment, and concept
formation, as the search for and listing of attributes that can use to
distinguish examples from non-exemplars of different categories
3. Identify and discuss the approaches of learning
• Depending on the perceived goals of the course they are studying,
Student Approaches to Learning is a theory that students will take a
different approach to how they study.

4. Create a timeline the salient features and contribution of each psychologist

5. Discuss how moral/virtues develop in early childhood and strengthened during
adolescents.
6. Analyze and reflect importance of research studies/literature of moral
development in the context of teaching and learning.

Proponent Theories Salient Features

(Psychologist) (Explanation)

1. Albert Bandura Social Learning Theory The "Social Learning

Theory" of Bandura is
classical conditioning
that showed that we
learn by associating
certain things with
biological needs in our
environment, such as
water, food, clothes, etc.
For example, when we
see Jollibee, we may get
hungry because we
associate a jolly spaghetti
with the Jollibee sign.

2. B.F Skinner Behavioral Approach The "Behavioral
Approach Theory" of
Skinner is the idea that
behavior, whether
reinforcements or
penalties, is determined
by its consequences,
which makes it more or
less likely that the
manner will occur again.

3.Carl Rogers Humanistic Theory The "Humanistic Theory"

of Carl Rogers is the
development of self-
concept and positive
regard is the key.
Unconditional positive
regard is an environment
that is free of
preconceived notions of
value. Conditional
positive regard is full of
conditions of worth that
must be achieved to be
considered successful.

4. David Kolb Experiential Learning The "Experiential

Theory Learning Theory" of
David Kolb differs from
cognitive and behavioral
theories in that the role

of mental processes is
emphasized by cognitive
theories, while behavioral
theories ignore the
possible role of
subjective experience in
the learning process.
According to Kolb, this
type of learning can be
defined as "the process
whereby knowledge is
created through the
transformation of
experience.

Reflection Paper
Introduction
After reading some of the theories on google and watching YouTube, I gained more

knowledge about it. It's enlightened me even more on their works. And it give me

an idea.

Body Paragraphs
Examine ideas and experiences in the context/topic

I realize that the importance of each theory stated first is Albert Bandura proposed

Social Learning Approaches. He wrote that the impact of observing and imitating

behaviors on the environment is more important. Second is B.F Skinner proposed

Behavioral Approach. It is the behaviors that are absorbed by interaction and based

on the individual who speaks. The third is Carl Rogers proposed the Humanistic

Theory. It is the development of the learners in social skills, feelings that can

discover their worth. Lastly is David Kolb proposed Experiential Learning Theory.

This is intended to involve the emotions of students as well as improve their

knowledge and skills. Playing an active role in the process of learning can lead to

greater gratification in learning for students.

Reflection
Describe what you saw, what you heard, and how you felt.

I must say that I enjoy this topic even more. Because while I'm reading and

watching, it gives me an idea, especially on David Kold's theory. Since explained

that Experiential learning and reflective practice is a compelling approach for self-

improvement by regular self-audit. The following report is an educational character

with various definitions, analyses, and critiques of reflective learning structure. It

shall then emphasize my career, encounter, and examine which will help in

developing my overall personality. It shall focus on an analysis of the skills of

ineffective managers and leaders.

Conclusion
Summarize/generalize what you’ve learned/insights from the experienced

In conclusion, as we enter the stages of growth, we learn and understand that

the growth that might happen to us. And perhaps by their movement, beliefs, hoe to think
critically and so on, we are influencing. This would be the explanation for how we will grow
or alter. And we have to accept that because a human being is good for us to change or
develop at some point.

6. Your attendance and participation will be measured through your active engagement
of the activity and tasks
7. Digital writing discussions
