Valuing Working Collaboratively with Others

In my opinion, sharing ideas and stimulating each other’s thinking is my most

valuable aspect. First of all, we need to understand why we should have collaborative

working, because there are some problems or questions which need us to solve. The

aim of collaborative working is to deal with some problems. Therefore, sharing ideas

and stimulating each other’s thinking which is most constructive aspect can help us

solve the questions quickly. Moreover, sharing ideas is a good way to come up with

correct methods to deal with problems and stimulating each other’s thinking can help

us choose the most useful and helpful method.

All of aspects which I value can help me be a good cooperator. Nowadays,

collaborative working becomes more and more important. Having the ability of

collaborative working is a requirement for modern people on account of the society

develops quickly and we can’t adjust changes alone. We need power of groups so that

we can pull the development of human society. In order to attain the ability of

collaborative working, we are supposed to work in groups, learn how to get along
with cooperators and give full play to every cooperators’ abilities. All in all, everyone

should pay more attention to improving our own ability of collaborative working.
