My passion is to be the best at what I do. To learn new things and master them
quickly, and I really want to amaze myself with my creativity. I’m also passionate
about making difference when I’m involved with a project at work, I do my best
to achieve succes, i also do the same way in my personal life, focus on self
development and self improvement. The skills that I have is that i have an ability
to work under pressure and meet deadlines, i also have a knack of listening more
than what I speak and perhaps, that is why I tend to get along well with team
members and generate ideas from them. I make sure that everyone get a chance
to voice their ideas and thus is equally involved in the project. And I believe with
my skill I could bring value to the project and be able to manage, involve the
multiethnic members of the team. Something that I could bring for the
organization, one of them is bringing new ideas, and I would like to share my
opinion about something important and be a decision maker because a perfect
decision is important for any establishment. Other than that, when I am
provided with a task in my organization, I will make sure that I complete it inn a
new style and increase success level. My pass experience I’ve ever joined an
organization in my school back then called Student Council, that organization
gives me an opportunity to foster my skills for example like communication,
teamwork, leadership, public speaking and many more. I also learned of how to
engange with diverse groups of people. My goals in life are I want to start my
own business someday, I would really like to have a good career and also to be a
part of a succesful team. About a leadership and to be a leader, I would like to be
a person who could think positively and proactively, listen and learn from others,
and also to be a person who could embrace diversity.
