Shirt Submission

Self-Evaluation Instructions
Evaluate your project for each of the criteria using the scale found at the bottom of each criteria section. Check the box in the section of the scale
that corresponds to your evaluation of your work for the criterion. In some of the criterions there will be more than one set of images that you will
need to evaluate.

Images Instructions
1. Take pictures of your project.
2. Your images should show the same portions of your project that you see in the images found in the Self-Evaluation portion of this
document.
3. Save your images to the device where you download this document.
4. Insert your images into the designated spaces below. To do this, right click on the blue box. This will bring up the option to browse your
device and insert the desired image. Adjust the size of each image so you are able to fit your image next to the sample image. You may
adjust the size by clicking on the image then dragging any corner. Some images will be used to evaluate multiple criteria, and therefore will
be placed in multiple locations of this submission document.
