CONTRACT OF SUBLEASE

This Contract of sublease is executed by and between:

single/married to ____________________, and with address
at _________________________, and hereinafter referred to
as “FIRST PARTY”;

duly organized and exiting under the laws of the Republic of the

as “SECOND PARTY”;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY leases the unit located at

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY wishes to sublease a portion of

said unit form the FIRST PARTY, with the consent of the owner,

PARTY agreed to such offer, under the following terms and

time that the lease of the premises by the FIRST PARTY subsists

3. The SECOND PARTY undertakes, whenever proper, to pay the

FIRST PARTY a proportionate amount for its use of the telephone,
electricity, internet connection, water, cable TV, and other expenses.
