define leadership in a very concise and formal way,the book start with the definition of leader
what does leader actually mean secondly what is good and bad leader and then he write about the
sex in leaderdership,are leadership matter in gender wise , personally I like he way he write
whole book it’s fore those who eant to be a leader and willing to understand the basics of
