Machine is suitable for dedusting tablets of any standard, shape.

S.S.304 perforated 4mm holes plate is fitted on the upper deck of the machine, With spiral
arrangement to traverse tablets and an outlet chute to collect the dedusted tablet. Tablets are
fed manually/connected to feeding system of compression machine and due to vibration, the
dust and particle size of the powders accumulated on the tablets are separated through the
perforations and hygienic tablet passes through the outlet chute and the same are collected in
trays or bins without any mechanical damage to the tablets.

As supply Vibro motor transmit motion to the upper deck of S.S. perforated plate and it is
covered with as S.S. lid having sight glass to observe the tablets and the lid is clamped for easy
accessibility. Drive mechanism housed in SS frame.

The unit is provided with 3 nos swivelling type castor wheels for easy mobility.
