    PROBLEM STATEMENT When the problem occurred, process did not get internet connectivity.

    STEPS TAKEN BY DTL NOC After getting complain from process, we dig down our all the network as well
    as we informed to our ISP (FHL). We didn’t found any issue at our side. The
    problem occurred at ISP end. ISP informed us and solved the problem
    immediately.
    ROOT CAUSE Jessore- Benapole fiber down issue.

    RESOLUTION ISP (FHL) solve their fiber down issue.

    Recommendation We informed our ISP to monitor the service carefully.
