A very warm greeting everyone!

Hi, I am Jyoti Pathak. I belong to the city in the Heart of our country Madhya Pradesh called
Satna. Presently, I am pursuing master’s in business management in Marketing & Operations
from Lovely Professional University. I completed my graduation in Bachelor of Engineering
in Electronics and Communication from Vindhya Institute of Technology and Science Satna.
After completing graduation, I was recruited in campus placement as a Business
Development Executive in Money Capital heights during my bachelors. I have worked there
for 3 months. This is a stock market advisory company and my role and responsibilities are
that I was converting the leads into potential clients. Also passing the needful information
and advising the customers for choosing the right company to invest.
After that I switch to Teleperformance Company which is a customer service, technical
support and sales call centre outsourcing company. Teleperformance is having a tie up with
lots of companies such as Yahoo, Flipkart, UBER, ASUS and XIAOMI.
I used to work for Xiaomi as a Technical Support Executive. My roles and responsibilities are
to solving the technical issues of customers mobile such as software and network related
problems. Clarifying the doubts and troubleshooting that customer raised with regard to
product and services through their calls, emails and chats and resolving their issues on
priority basis.
This program has given me a wider knowledge on key aspects of management and how they
all mesh together in a business model.

I am looking to join an organization which not only provides an environment to nurture my

skills but also present opportunities for me to prove my capabilities. That’s all and deep about
