 INTRODUCTION

The seven TQM tools consist of Flow charts, Cause and effect diagram (Ishikawa diagram /
Fishbone diagram), Check sheets, Pareto charts, Histograms, Scatter Diagrams, and Run charts.
In any organization, human beings are the most difficult to manage. That it is easier to manage
the financial and material components of any organization than to manage the human component.
They insinuate that it is easier to manage even animals than to manage human beings. Thus, in
the education system, whether in school, college or university, the management was confronted
with numerous problems created by students and one among the famous is that students are
productive with the online classes

The fishbone diagram or Ishikawa diagram is a cause-and-effect diagram that helps managers to
track down the reasons for imperfections, variations, defects, or failures. The diagram looks just
like a fish's skeleton with the problem at its head and the causes for the problem feeding into the
spine. So here with the help of a fishbone diagram, I am going to showcase what is the main
cause and due to that what will be the effect on the result.
 CAUSE OF STUDENTS ARE NOT PRODUCTIVE WITH
ONLINE CLASSES

There are numerous causes of students who are not productive enough with online classes. the
following are the major causes:

INTERNET ISSUE

The students live throughout India and many are staying in rural India, as a result, the
connectivity in the particular city might not be as good as the urban city, as a result, the student
is not able to attend the online classes. Therefore, students are not productive enough.

LIMITED DATA

students might be having limited data, and as online classes needed a good amount of data
therefore the student might be saving for other use as a result the student might not be available
in online classes.

WATCHING LATE NIGHT WEB SERIES

One of the reasons students being productive enough in an online class is watching late-night
web series or playing games, especially among male students. They are crazy about series and
each of them has their favorite games across the globe. Even female students nowadays have
their favorite gaming. The consequences are they will feel sleepy for tomorrow's classes or even
worst miss all the classes.

TECHNICAL GLITCH

Technical glitch is a major hindrance for online classes, due to that the student focus might shift
to something else during the classes.
 SURROUNDING BARRIER

Sometimes their surroundings do not allow the student to attend the class or focus in the class.
Many disturbances from the family members, kids’ friends are there as a result the student is not
focused, and their productivity decreases.

HEAVY ASSIGNMENTS AND TASKS

Sleeping well is not an option for students nowadays. They have a lot of commitments in
completing their study, especially for management students. They faced with massive
assignments and projects every day. Students have to spend the daytime with class’s session and
finish up all the assignments in the evening until midnight. Then they will not show up in online
classes

When the student won’t be attentive in the online classes then their basic clarity will be there, as
a result, the performance of the student in the examination will go down. He/she might fail
during the examination.it will ultimately affect the mentality of the student this results in
debarment from the placement portal.

NO CLARITY WITH THE TOPIC

The individual himself will be confused when he or she attends only a few classes He or she will
think, “Where do I have to start to catch up?” The person who is not productive with online
classes will disturb the other students' focuses on class when they will start craving early notes
and asking for helping to understand better.

PROBLEMATIC FOR OTHERS

The individual who is not productive in online classes has just given a problem to himself, fellow
students, lecturer, and others. When he or she is not very attentive in the classes it will lead to a
problem during the assignments with a group member, the student might disturb their friend
during examination time as he she is not aware of what to study and what not to.

If this attitude always being applied by the students, they will continue this habit in the working
life later. This can cost the company from losing some profit because

for most companies outside “the time is money”.

 SOLUTIONS

There are several ways of solution for being productive with online classes.

• Wake up early. This is the key and very important point.

• Try to settle all the assignment early or in the day time.

• To fix all the technical glitch prior t the online classes

• Try harder to change the negative attitude inside yourself.
• Parents can give more psychological support to their ward.
• The management of the university has to make sure all the facilities and support should
be given to the student who is facing any issue in attending the online classes.
 CONCLUSION

In conclusion, the student himself must play a big role in avoiding being productive in online
classes. Besides, education management and the parent also have to help the student by
providing first-class facilities around the home and stress out the importance of punctuality to
their children. Moreover, if left unchecked, lateness can spread a lot of negative things and this
unpleasant behavior will be carried to the future when the students already in working life and
one hundred percent sure that this habit surely can affect their career soon. Since there are
several possible causes of students are not productive in the online classes, considering which
causes is the root of the problem, and kill them off and distinguish it from our lifestyle.
