1. Schedule of discussion for presentation of income statement of JV-7 Holdings, OLFU Valenzuela
and Dr. V Camry for 2019 and January to March of 2020. (Next week to be set by Ferdinand)

2. Schedule of process outsource for Parlance accounts and archiving discussion for 2019 audit:
2:00 PM – Parlance accounts discussion
3:00 PM – Archiving audit discussion

3. Turnover of files of Texxrun audit from Jayson to Ferdinand

4. PLAREB sending of email as client apology and request for signature of amended ITR for 2019

5. BOA renewal processing timeline (to be determined tomorrow upon discussion with Sister
Mizpah)

6. Preparation of 2020 audit proposals for the month of October

7. Follow-up UCPB for Tax clearance processing of Betterchoice

8. Completion of missing files for Betterchoice (Tax returns already paid)

9. Supervisory level review for accounting and auditing

10. For billing purposes, client email approval of monthly deliverables is necessary.
