10 Warm Up Exercises

(Head to Toe)
1. Head rotation- Rotate your head clockwise and counter clockwise ( 8 counts)

2 Shoulders rotation- Perform both shoulders rotation clockwise and counter clockwise.

3 Arm rotation- clockwise, counter clockwise

4 Wrist Rotation- Left, Right


5 Torso Swings- 8 reps each sides
6 Hips Rotation – clockwise, Counter Clockwise 8 counts
7 Knees Lift- Left and Right Knee 8 counts each
8 Feet Rotation- 4 counts Clockwise, 4 counts counterclockwise , Left and Right foot
9 Squat with Reach- 30 seconds
10 Plank Walk Out – 30 secs
