of school, your child will have the
opportunity to have their vision/hearing
screen done (Papers should have been
signed at the time of registration). I
encourage my parents to take part in
your child’s leaning experience as this
will impact their love to learn
throughout their future.

Last but not least, if your child has any

type of allergy such as foods, materials,
scent etc… Please inform the teacher
and front office. For any medication
administration, please fill out the
consent form, bring in medication and a
doctors not stating the child’s
medication dose and prescription. Thank
you all for your interest in our Head
Start program.
