1. Instruction Letter

1. Date: Have the date in the top right corner of


the page

2. Subject: Please note the subject of the letter

3. Salutation: If the letter is addressed to particular


group of employees or to the whole organization,
make this clear with acceptable greetings.

and say “thank you”. It’s normal for people to feel
buyer remorse, particularly when dealing with
expensive product investment.
 When you write letter that encourages them and
genuinely reaches out to them, it can easily and the
worries and doubts that they have had and it also
helps them to feel better overall.
