You are asked to present about one case (the supervisor will give it to you)
The deadline for submitting the power point presentation: You will be required to .2
submit the power point presentation on Saturday 17/12/2010. Please note that if you fail to
.do so you will lose 3 marks of your total grade
In the first section, you should provide background information about your case including
history and assessment
In the second section; you should provide background information about the condition in
general. For example, if you are presenting a stroke case then you provide general
information about stroke; its pathogenesis, signs and symptoms and its management. This
.section should also be as concise as possible and should not include more than 5 slides
The third section includes your reflections on the case and the emphasize is on answering
the following questions 1) what is the ideal assessment for this case with explanation 2) your
problem list and goals 3) What is the best intervention strategies you will do with case
The fourth section: 2 up to date articles that demonstrated interventions to deal with the
selected case
For correct citation; a reference should be indicated in the text in the places where
information is driven from that particular reference. Afterwards all references should be
placed in the reference list. There are many styles of referencing and you can choose
whatever is easier for you; the most important aspect is that you will be consistent in your
style. One of the recommended styles is to use numbers in which numbers appears in the
.text between two prackets in chronological orders
