Definition of Terms

The following terms are defined on how it will be used in this study:

Age. This variable is represented in the study as the demographic profile of the respondents in
terms of the number of years that you they have lived.

Sex. Used as the demographic profile of the respondents that refers to the biological differences
between males and females.

Educational Attainment. This variable refers to the degree or level of completed education of
the respondents of the said study.

Telemedicine Services. This is commonly used for follow-up appointments, chronic illness
treatment, addiction management, advanced consulting and a variety of other health services that
can be accessed remotely through secure video and audio connections.

Telemedicine Usage. It is the use of electronic information and communications systems to


deliver and promote health care.An variety of video, audio, and data communication systems and
implementations resides between these two ends of the spectrum.

Performance Expectancy. This variable refers to the degree to which an individual perceives
that using a system will help him or her to attain a gain in job performance.

Effort Expectancy. This variable refers as opposed to the degree of easiness when used. About
