OG-015 is an advanced system for air treatment in kitchen exhaust/ducts. OG-015 uses a patented
corona discharge technology for ozone generation and is specially designed for usage in kitchen
exhaust/duct. Ozone is a gas made of just one thing—oxygen. Ozone is a very strong disinfectant and
oxidizer. Due to its strong oxidizing power, any pathogen, contaminant, metal, non-metal that can be
disinfected, altered or removed via an oxidation process will be affected by ozone. And on the other
hand, ozone is nature's own cleaning method - environment friendly with no harmful by-products. It acts,
treats everything unwanted and finally disintegrates in to life needed oxygen.

OG-015 Benefits :
• OG-015 kills bacteria, molds, fungus, spores, viruses and all unwanted microorganisms. Thereby
preventing the microorganisms from entering the kitchen.

How OG-015 works ?

• Odor and smoke are oxidized by ozone in a chemical reaction which results in the production of
carbon dioxide and water vapour. After treatment,ozone itself gets converted back into oxygen.
• Ozone breaks down the oil and grease in vapor form to carbon dioxide,water and a small amount of
polymerized grease which is bio degradable,harmless and leaves the exhaust duct in the form of a dry
powder.
• Ozone reacts with all microorgansisms and eliminates them effectively due to its strong disinfection
and oxidizing power.
