Augmented Intervals

Augmented Intervals are built by extending the steps of Perfect and Major intervals by a half step.
For example if we have a Per 4 (C and F) it will be 2.5 steps. If we want to have an augmented 4th
we need to change the steps to 3 steps without changing the note names:
C and F-sharp or C-flat and F.

Diminished and or augmented intervals can be enharmonic equavalents of some more common intervals:
