I. INTRODUCTION
This paper focuses on numerous issues in our society but if we have unity we can
overcome and achieve the purpose that we can attain in the coming years if we help and
encourage one another. One of the problems of the Philippines is that the poor have no right
to speak out against the people at the top who have power in the government, and corruption
is so deep-rooted and widespread in the Philippines. Corruption is one of the issues which the
Philippines must address. An endless issue is that people just neglect this before it becomes
worst, not only is it bad for the soul it also affects the economy and that is where corruption
government wherein equal rights and freedoms are officially recognized and maintained.

Government operates in a similar form. A lot of people pay taxes that fiancé programs and
services of the government. But if you can’t see where your money goes, how will you know
whether or not you are having anything that is going to be beneficial to the country? Are the
taxes spending right or is it just used by powerful government officials to squander worthless
things? We use government transparency so that we can see and understand what is happening
inside of our government sector. The seal of transparency within liberal democracy is a symbol
and records, illustrated by a pearl sparkling with an open shell. It encourages Filipino people to
The views of liberalism on education are based on the two concepts of freedom and
equality. The liberals are more inclined to rely towards public school systems; they are doing this
because they think that it is the best way for the general public to be educated. They are against
the concept of students educational vouchers because of the fact that they think vouchers
remover money from the people through taxation, they don’t really agree with them. Liberals
claim that to finance the currently existing public schools, public funds should be used. The
funds will be used to improve teacher compensation and generally upgrade the public education
systems. Vouchers allow families to select where their children can attend school in their
provided school zone. If the right to select any schools in a distinct is provided, several schools
will shut down and if the school lacks a population so teachers may theoretically lose their jobs.
Liberals deeply believe in civil rights for anyone that receives them through the public education
system and their equal opportunities for everyone to attend these rights are open to all.

The PNP and its predecessor, the Philippine constabulary, although widely ignored by
most research, have long been with the intersection of politics, crime, and the rule of law.
Philippine presidents and local authorities have used the police as an important weapon, as
historian Alfred McCoy has shown, to assert their authority consolidate their legitimacy,
selectively sup press crime, and regulate opposition. The PNP has a long history of being prone
to corruption as the principal law enforcement agency, especially in the potentially profitable
areas of illegal drugs, smuggling, and gambling. Part of this corruption derives from individual
greed but it is also the result of low wages, government involvement, and the justice system’s
multifaceted flaws.
III. CONCLUSION
Most people are not in favour of liberalism because they think it will not help our country
and many anomalies will occur when it is continued in our country but they do not know that
liberalism will help our country it is a big help to our country. For me, liberalism is the best
political ideology in the Philippines because here its focus is freedom and equality. We have the
freedom to speak and we have equal rights. We also see that our country will develop and it will
lead our country to be progressive. Liberalism is a political and moral ideology that promoted
human rights, democracy, secularism, gender and race equality, internationalism and freedom of
