1. From my view, there were two things which are unethical in this case, first one is that
eddie was giving the unethical support to his cousin Gerg as he should treat each and
every technician in a same way. Because it is not way to handle your organization in
ethical way, the prior rule to run your organization is to treat all employees in a same,
generous and equal way. Secondly, he was threatening jane to make her fired if she tells
anything to the superior or to any other personnel of the company, as we all know that in
a workplace, no one threatened anyone as it’s a crime and a person will be fined for it.
After all it’s a duty of all employees to work in a faith way and to be clear like crystal and
not to misrepresent anything in front of superior.
2. In my point of view, as a civilized person, jane should disclose the matter in front of brad,
the owner as if she do not disclose it, she will also be in the squad of those people who
are doing wrong with other technicians by making unequal things. And as we discussed
that it is obvious to be clear as crystal with all your faith and trust while you are working
in any organization.

1. The mismanagement of wastage is spoiling the whole environment which causes many
problems and effects. It is due to lack of proper planning and due to be more intelligent
to make less expenditure to save funds to be more competitive in the industry.
 The improper handling of wastage is causing multiple diseases.
 It causes water pollution.
 It causes land pollution because of heavy amount of garbage which leads to be unhanding
able. And resist in having an open and broad streets.
 It causes air pollution due to open burning of this wastage.

2. Well as we know that the environment is something with only which we can live either,
the trees that give us oxygen, the land we live upon and the streams that give us water.
The climate is essential for the general public and organizations together. We as a
whole have a duty to preserve and ensure the climate whether it be governments,
organizations, shoppers, laborers or different citizenry, every much add to prevent the
climate from dirtying further. Business endeavors should take lead in tackling natural
issues. It is their obligation to check the results of their activities and furthermore to
secure natural assets. A few activities which can be taken by business endeavors for
ecological security are:
