manager, it is a responsibility to recruit and select those best candidates who have the knowledge, ability,
and full of skills and those selections should be based on merit.
Some Ethical guidelines should be focused on while recruiting the best candidate some of them are
explained below:

 JOB ADVERTISEMENT:

This is the first responsibility of the Human resource manager to never place a misleading advertisement
for a job, If this occurs this include the misrepresentation of that posted position of add as well as it
contains the advertisement cost as well as always keep eye to design the advertisement according to the
need of the organization if any downsizing and firing of the employee are happened so then do with
internal and external recruitment according to the need of the organization with the help of different
alternatives for example job enlargement, job enrichment, etc.

 PAID AND UNPAID LEAVE:


This is permission for a worker to be away from their working routine for a certain period, it can be paid
or unpaid both as well as mandatory and voluntary. The unpaid leave of absence is done when the
workforce time is not under the Employees compensations and benefits such as the paid holidays, Paid
time off as well as paid vacations and the leave for sick and paid leave of absence is the time which is
generally requested to the company workforce.

the trends as well and safe for the consumers as well.

 PLANT SAFETY:
There are different marketable plant safeties are adopted by the organizations it should be purely focused on those
strategies sometimes by the organization it's not been properly done for example there is a giant company and they
facing an infant milk controversy so it’s better to be surely protective on the plant safety.

 ADVERTISING PRACTICES:
In this global competitive era advertising is the most important tool in advertising, it can help in grabbing
the customer, advertisement can be placed in the form of billboards, as well as physical appearances and
